Piret Jaaks’ and Marju Tammik’s picture book, “The Big Secret” (Päike ja Pilv, 2024), has been selected for the dPictus 100 Outstanding Picturebooks 2025—a prestigious international selection showcasing the most remarkable picture books from around the world.
The 100 Outstanding Picturebooksselection features titles that have received the most recognition from guest curators, making it an eclectic and carefully curated collection of outstanding storytelling and illustration. Each year, this selection is presented in a physical showcase at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair (this year , offering international publishers, agents, and book professionals a unique opportunity to discover exceptional picture books. After Bologna, the books will be sent to Korea for a showcase at the Jeonju International Picture Book Fair.
