On May 31, the winners of the Most Beautiful Baltic Books of 2024 competition were announced at the Haapsalu Graphic Design Festival. Among the Estonian entries, high recognition went to the picture book “A Little Bit Big” by Kairi Look and Anne Pikkov, designed by Endla Toots, published by Koolibri, and printed by Greif printing house.
The Most Beautiful Baltic Books competition has been held since 2001, with the organization rotating between Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. This year, Estonia hosted the competition, and the jury consisted of photographer Vladimir Svetlov (Latvia), graphic designer Jurga Želvyte (Lithuania), and graphic designer Mart Anderson (Estonia).
A total of 75 books were submitted for the 2025 edition of the competition. The jury selected three winning titles, one from each Baltic country:

- Latvia: Binde. 100–10 by Anna Binde, Aleksejs Muraško, Elīza Ramza, designed by Aleksejs Muraško (Gunārs Binde Foundation)
- Lithuania: Geography of Intimacy. 14th Kaunas Biennial. Long-distance Friendships by Alicia Knock, Inga Lace, Neringa Kulik, designed by Vilmantas Žumbius (Kaunas Biennial)
The designers of all three winning books will receive a diploma as an award.
An exhibition of the Most Beautiful Baltic Books will remain open until the end of June on the 2nd floor of Läänemaa Central Library in Haapsalu (Posti 3).
