Doctor Ink's Workshop

Doctor Ink is no ordinary doctor. He is a doctor of language and looks after the health and growth of the Estonian language. His favourite pastime is inventing new words, often with the cheerful assistance of his grandchildren, Mikk and Mari. Together they investigate the origins of curious expressions, explore foreign words, uncover the stories behind holidays, and much, much more. And all of it comes to life in comic-strip form.

Originally published in the children’s magazine Hea Laps between 2019 and 2023, these comics are now gathered between two covers at last.
